Unless expressly stated otherwise, quotations are valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation.
Any quotation that does not specify a validity period shall be subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of booking.

  • Flights, hotels, international holidays, visa services, group departures, premium properties, peak-season bookings, special events, and non-refundable services may have stricter payment requirements.
  • Where a supplier requires full or partial advance payment to secure a booking, Agea Journeys may require the corresponding amount from the customer before confirmation.
  • If the balance payment is not received within the specified deadline, Agea Journeys reserves the right to cancel or release the booking, subject to applicable supplier terms.
  • Additional charges arising from amendments, upgrades, additional services, fare differences, taxes, supplier charges, or customer-requested changes shall be payable separately.
  • Bank charges, payment gateway charges, currency conversion charges, and other transaction-related costs may be payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to Agea Journeys in writing through an official communication channel. The cancellation date shall be considered the date on which the written cancellation request is received by Agea Journeys. Unless specific cancellation terms are provided for a particular booking, the following general conditions shall apply.

Customer Cancellation

  • The initial 10% advance payment of the total booking value is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.
  • In addition to the non-refundable 10% advance, any cancellation charges, penalties, or non-refundable amounts imposed by airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, visa authorities, activity providers, insurance companies, or other suppliers shall be payable by the customer.
  • If supplier cancellation charges exceed the 10% advance amount, the additional amount shall be deducted from any balance already paid or shall be payable by the customer.
  • Certain bookings may be 100% non-refundable from the date of confirmation where the relevant supplier has imposed a non-refundable condition.
